Did a great job. Pleased with most of the stuff he did. My hearing was a blast especially when someone shows up that doesn't know what they are doing... lol still cracks me up. Thanks
We felt like the weight of the world had be lifted off our shoulders after visiting with Jerold T. Coon. I had been speaking for about a year with GreenLeaf Credit counseling services after having trouble paying credit card bills. Our finances were at a point that GreenLeaf suggested we see a bankruptcy attorney. I had appointments with two attorneys in town that weren't able to help us. Greenleaf referred us to Jerold T. Coon of Midland. Referrals aren't always guaranteed to have a positive outcome but we were lucky. Jerold and his wife were refreshingly down to earth, competent, and non intimidating. Our first meeting was a thorough review of our expenditures and income. Jerold guided us through the process in most a comfortable and non judgmental way. After our court date in Bay City, I did remind him that this was every day business to him but it was our entire life to us. It was over. We had our lives back and we could breath again.
we appreciate his handling our case very much. I would reccomend him to any one who needs a lawyer. Glad to see him branch out.
He has really helped me during and after my bankruptcy and provided guidance on next steps after coming out of bankruptcy.
Mr. Coon reviewed several options for filing bankruptcy. We started with chapter 11 and wound up with chapter 7 because after he reviewed all our incomes and expenses he found we did not have any money at the end of the month to pay anyone. My husband and I are retired. I had just retired 5 months before we started Bankruptcy proceedings. I thought I had gotten the better part of the credit cards payed off, but I soon found that we had to charge our groceries and medicines every month because there was not any money to pay cash for them AFTER THE BILLS WERE PAYED.
Mr. Coon did an excellent job. Everything was correct and the process went flawlessly well. I would highly recommend his services anytime.
Jerold spent a lot of time with me during the planning stages of bankruptcy. I had many questions and concerns. He put me at ease and helped me out of a jam when I lost my job. I was able to save all my property and eliminate all unsecured debt. For the last year, I only buy stuff with cash. No more plastic cards with high interest and fees.
jerry is a very resonable and professonal lawyer he helped us get trew some tough times and is expanding his bussiness to handle more clintel if you need a good bankruptcy lawyer i would recomend him highly
Jerold and Julia were very helpful during our time of trouble. They took their time with us and listened to what we wanted to do and gave us great advice on how to succeed with it. We never second guess Jerold and his decisions on what we should do. He respected us and we respected him.
Mr Coons style was very refreshing. He was non judgemental with my case and was prepared for all circumstances that might have arrose. A favorable outcome was do to the complete preparation by Mr Coon, I am very gratefull for his hard work. I woulld seek him out again if I needed a good lawyer.
