I was referred to Jeremy by another Philly lawyer who didn't have time for my case. A co-worker and I were seeking our unpaid wage from our previous employer. Jeremy listened to our situation in great detail and helped guide us through gathering all the information he needed to pursue our case. Throughout the entire Jeremy was accessible, professional, and supportive. Although our situation took longer to resolve than any of us expected (not due to his work), he never gave up on our case. He also stayed very upfront about his fees, which were very reasonable, and worked with our budget. Most importantly, Jeremy got us everything we wanted out of a settlement and we were able to walk away from a bad situation with a sense of peace.

Unfortunately I was laid off from my job in 2012, it was a very devastating experience for me. I found out that the reason for my layoff was unfair and a retaliatory action from one of my directors. So I Jumped online to find a lawyer and came across Mr. Rosenbaum. I was very nervous and scared, more importantly still heartbroken from loosing my job. I never thought I would be in the position to have to take a company I loved so much to court. Jeremy really took the time to listen to what brought me into his office. He asked a lot of questions and never rushed any of our appointments. For that reason, he did a thorough investigation to get me the best outcomes possible. Each time we met, he gave me a detailed updated of where the case stood. I eventually won the case and was able to receive additional benefits from my former employer. Jeremy's charge was fair for the work he did. For these reasons I will highly recommend his services to anyone that finds themselves in need of a lawyer.

After separating from my employer I applied for unemployment compensation. The Pennsylvania department of labor approved my application and I began receiving payments. My employer appealed the approval which I believe was unfair so I needed to begin the appeal process. While retaining an attorney is not required, speaking with friends who found themselves in the same situation I followed their advice and began to search for an attorney. I placed several calls and none were returned except for attorney Rosenbaum. I have never needed to deal with anything like this and had never worked with an attorney so, needless to say, I was quite intimidated by the situation. I recall one of the very first things Mr. Rosenbaum said was: “Call me Jeremy.” This went a long way toward putting me at ease about the situation and paved the way for what would become an excellent working relationship. Jeremy took the time to evaluate every facet of the case and carefully and expertly formulated a defense which led to me receiving benefits. I am convinced that without Jeremy I would not have won the appeal. Jeremy’s attention to the details of my situation, his knowledge of the law, and of unemployment department procedure, combined with his easy going and caring manner, made the ordeal go as smoothly as possible and I recommend that anyone with an employer related dispute make Jeremy your first contact. Sincerely, Mark
