In fact what happened in my case was that my ex-wife had a melt down threw our 3 month old child 4 feet across the room onto a bed and began throwing pots and pans several of which came within inches of striking our 3 month old daughter in the head, my ex- wife admitted doing those things to 2 different judges, law enforcement and added that she had tried to stab me with a butcher knive, because I had told her I was done with the marriage and the constant violent outburst.
