Jenny Rutledge Greene, a native of Jasper, Alabama, earned her B.S. in Accounting from Birmingham-Southern College, her J.D. from The University of Alabama School of Law, and her LL.M. in Taxation from The University of Florida Levin College of Law. Jenny has over 11 years of experience in wills, trusts, estates and tax law matters. She represents clients throughout Alabama in individualized estate and trust planning, probate and estate administration, estate and trust litigation, small business succession planning, tax controversy matters, and tax litigation before the Internal Revenue Service and the Alabama Department of Revenue.
