Jenny Helling is an advocate for employees facing issues related to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace based on unlawful reasons, including an employee’s gender, race, disability, religion, age, need for medical leave, or for blowing the whistle on illegal practices. She also aids employees with legal disputes surrounding wage and hour issues, defamation, and contract disputes. In addition, she has experience defending employees from non-compete and trade secret claims.  She has been recognized for her work as a Rising Star by Minnesota Super Lawyers in 2015 and 2016.
