I honestly don't know where to begin. Maybe the times when I met with her at her office, and she (more than once) got my case mixed up with other clients of hers. Or the time when I showed up for my meeting and she had totally forgotten about it. Or the time when I couldn't reach her at all and ended up asking for her paralegal who then told me, "I don't really know, I'm just a paralegal." Or the times when I had called requesting updates/information and never received a call back, or when she missed telephone interviews. I mean... I could go on and on. I never truly felt "represented" by her, and the only things that she stated at the one court date (of two) that she showed up to, were things I brought up because she didn't even think of them. In fact, she was doing a pretty poor job to the point that I had to speak up and talk with the judge. Unbelievably unprofessional, undependable, disorganized, and disinterested... and it shows. I have been waiting two weeks for a call back on my last request. The office and "firm" aren't much better to be honest.
