Mrs. Wells handled my criminal case very well. She answered all my question I had about what was going to happen in court which I was very concerned about. If i very have any problems again with any cases I will most definitely be calling Mrs. Wells back. Also will refer her to anyone I know that needs help. This is how all lawyers should be.
Mrs. Wells recently handled my bankruptcy. She made me feel comfortable and patiently answered my many questions. She made a difficult time in my life easier and much less stressful. I will definitely contact her for any other legal concerns I may have in the future. Also, her office is beautiful and her window displays are amazing.
We contacted Jennifer to get a will made after the birth of our daughter. She walked us through the whole process and answered all of the questions we had. When we were on the fence or weren't sure how we should set something up, she was able to let us know the benefits of various options. She was professional and the process was very quick and smooth. She worked with our schedule which was exactly what we needed with our busy schedules. I would highly recommend her!
I picked Jennifer to handle my bankruptcy case because I walk by her law office everyday and i've never seen a law firm that looked so friendly before. The fun office is just the beginning. She never rushes me and gave me an organized binder for all of my documents. She's just so nice, I'm glad I found her. I like that if she doesn't know an answer, she will research it and call me back. If bankruptcy can be enjoyable, this is how.
I called Mrs. Wells with a complicated workmans comp case that several other lawyers had turned me down on already. She didn't think it was a good case for her firm either, but instead of just telling me I had a turnip and hanging up, she sat on the phone & explained the process and prepared me for what was going to happen next. She also gave me her email address & said I could send her any questions. I could tell she meant it because shes very sincere. I probably emailed 5-6 more times and she never got annoyed, just kept being friendly & showed me the legal parts about my case I didn't know. With her help, I settled my case. Thank you, Mrs. Wells. Your professionalism greatly exceeded my expectations. Youve got a lifelong client and fan.
Ms. Wells is the exact opposite of everything I was afraid of when I had to hire a lawyer. Not only is she a razor sharp wit, she genuinely cares about her clients. She has a wonderful gift for teaching the law in terms that anyone could understand without making you feel dumb. She never rushed me and went out of her way to make sure I understood everything and didn't charge any extra even though she could have. It was nice to have someone who acted like they liked their job and their client. This is how all lawyers should be.
Resourceful and proficient, Jennifer Wells has represented our family time and again. She is not only very capable, but incredibly ardent and honorable as well. I recommend her services with praise and loyal appreciation. She has become an asset to our family.
I was initially attracted by Jennifer's seeming professionalism, personality, and positive energy...as a result, I hired her as my bankruptcy attorney. The process started out well. I drove 4 hours there and 4 hours back for my first appointment. She was paid in full and the process began. I completed all of my necessary requirements for the case in a timely manner. As time went on, the case seemed to drag out. I was concerned about this as I had recently moved from Arkansas to Oklahoma and my time to file in Arkansas was coming to a close. One day I sent Jennifer an email with a question about how things were coming along on my case, I get a response in all caps that her office was CLOSING. WHAT?!? I got a hold of her and she said that she accepted another position and was closing her office, but she assured me that she would complete my case within the given time frame. Time went on, time went on. She had contacted me telling me there was a form I needed to sign, but this form never came in the mail. When I tried contacting her about it...NOTHING. Weeks went by and I heard NOTHING. Finally she sent me an EMAIL stating that for personal reasons and the fact that my time to file in Arkansas was almost up...(well, yeah...hello!)...I needed to find another attorney and she would send my paperwork and a "partial refund" and she wished me well in my future. WHAT KIND OF ATTORNEY DOES THIS?? I replied with a question about what she meant by a partial refund since my case was never filed or completed. I never heard a word back from her. A month later she sent me my paperwork in the mail with a check for $335 which is only the cost to file. Now, I have had to find another attorney in Oklahoma. The cheapest, most effective one I can find is charging me a reduced rate due to the circumstances which is still $1,085. Most people who file bankruptcy don't have the resources to pay this kind of money once, much less twice. Very disappointing.
