Jennifer Schindele is very professional and responsive. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney to handle such a complicated legal matter. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a great divorce attorney!!
Jennifer Schindele was amazing to work with! My case was very exasperating at times but she handled it in such a professional way. Her expertise within her profession is second to none! Jennifer is honest, hard working but also fair and practical. A great person to have by your side when going through such a difficult situation.
I am working with Jennifer on my divorce, and I cannot say enough good about her! She is quick to respond to my questions, professional, helpful, and understanding. I feel so confident knowing Jennifer is there to guide me.
I used her for my first custody case. She fails to protect your interest, she tells you what you want to hear even if it is untrue and she does a lot of shady billing. I remember later looking back at my bills and found she had charged me for drawing up the holiday schedule when my ex's attorney had actually dawn it up. She charged $100 for it. She lied to be on the phone and seemed to be more on my ex's side then mine. Even if I was in the wrong, which I wasn't because our case was in pretty much mutual agreement, she still seemed to be working for him instead of protecting my interests and mine are pretty severe as my ex can be volatile.
Reading the review that was posted in May of 2017 was like they were reading my mind. This is exactly the same with our case, and we get no responses, no answers, no advice and we had to go through all of the submitted documents to determine what was missing and what needed to be requested. We have been ill advised on a number of items, and I don't believe she's even reviewed our paperwork. We hired Jennifer based on a referral from a friend that used her about 10 years ago. Clearly she is now too busy to do a good job. Maybe she did a good job a decade ago, but not anymore. I only wish I'd read the reviews before choosing to hire her, rather than go off of a referral from 10 years prior. Clearly a lot can change in a decade.
If you are looking for an advocate for your case, or someone to help explain options or give you suggestions on how to proceed in a case this is not the attorney to use. Jennifer acts as an impartial third party who has little interest in the outcome of your case. She will not offer advice, will only give "true/false" type answers to your questions, barely answers emails. If you use this attorney, know that you are more or less acting on behalf of yourself - you will be the one who has to review all of the legal documents from opposing counsel for red flags, you will have to be the one to suggest whom to subpeona, you will have to negotiate with the other party yourself. On the upside, if you don't need legal help and you just need a glorified paralegal to draw and file court documents she is very reasonable and will not run up a legal bill for you. But if you actually need an advocate, this is not your attorney. She is intelligent, and well versed in the law, but she is not at all invested or interested in the outcome of your case.
