About

Ms. Santiago is a Philadelphia native. She attended various public schools in the city and received a Bachelor of Art from Central High School of Philadelphia. From there, she went on to matriculate at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Santiago graduated from Penn with a Bachelor of Art in Sociology, with a concentration in Deviance and the Sociology of Law. Ms. Santiago chose Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law as the only place to obtain her Juris Doctor. While at Temple Law, Ms. Santiago had the distinguished honor of reviving the Latin American Law Students Association. After bringing life back to this valuable organization, Ms. Santiago then served as Region IV President of the National Hispanic Bar Association Law Student Division. Prior to obtaining her law degree from Temple Law, Ms. Santiago honed her legal skills at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office as a legal intern. After graduation, Ms. Santiago continued her prosecutorial career at the Bronx District Attorney's Office. As an Assistant District Attorney, Ms. Santiago worked exclusively on Domestic Violence cases. As an Assistant District Attorney, Ms. Santiago quickly saw how people's rights were affected by the actions of the police and those who would falsely accuse someone of a crime. After leaving her career in prosecution, Ms. Santiago worked for the Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. There she honed her writing skills as her primary responsibility was to write Opinions for the Court to be submitted to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. During this tenure with the Court of Common, Ms. Santiago began her foray in Family Law. She began to represent clients in custody, support, and various other hearings. Just as in her criminal career, Ms. Santiago soon found success in both writing for the Court and representing her clients in Family Court. It is with these experiences that she opened her own law firm. Her relationships within the legal community have proven to make her a formidable advocate for her clients, irrespective of which court she is in. Ms. Santiago works tirelessly to ensure that her clients' rights are protected and that the client is given a voice

Ms. Santiago is MY attorney life! I am a retired US Marine, and in the Corps we thrive in achieving the MISSION by using a cluster of leadership skill sets unique to the US Marine Corps. I believe with all of my heart, Ms. Santiago is a true leader in providing the best legal services for her clients. She is a great listener....."have a seat an d relax" she told me when I first entered her office stressed out about my 20 year old situation. Once she listened to my story and reviewed my documentation; I could see on her face she had an idea of how to approach my case. She explained to me her what her initial plan would be. When I left her office (PA case); and drove 900 miles back to my home in Alabama; I felt in my heart I was in good hands. After a full year (6/13 to 6/14) of probing into what I think is a "psychotic child support system in PA"; she was able to resolve my case; get my passport reinstated, block attempts by others to freeze my assets while my case was before a judge and reduce my payments. In 12/14, someone in that "psychotic child support system" entered another asset freeze on my account while I am out of country in the Philippines(10,000 miles away). I emailed Ms. Santiago of this; and she diligently and professionally" resolved the situation for me. In closing, I want to thank Ms. Santiago for the hard work and time she put into helping this old Leatherneck. You are a true champion of your craft....the tip of the legal defense spear. I salute you for " A JOB WELL DONE!" Semper Fi
