When I was in a car accident last April I had no idea where to start. I thought the Insurance agents would handle everything for me, but that was not the case. I am so glad I took family advice to contact an attorney. I can not say enough about Jennifer at Edgar Snyder. She was so informative and kept me posted throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond by returning phone calls in a timely manner, meeting with me at my home and making sure I was informed of every decision. I felt so comfortable and it made the situation somewhat easier that I did not have to worry about the legal issues and could focus on recovering. She truly cares about her clients.

Signed with them after a motorcycle accident in 2010. Attorney and her assistant reviewed my case with me over the phone and assured me due to my trauma injuries that they would be able to get somewhere in the range of $25,000 for me. Well this never happened. Came to find out that Ms. Richards was out on leave and her assistant was handling the case. Her assistant was extremely rude, uncooeprative, and mean spirited. After many months of promising the previous amount, I began receiving phone calls from the assistant with offers to settle as low as $4000.00, which slowly increased until $9000, far cry from what was promised. Attorney was repeatedly not available, had to deal with the assistant, who insisted that the law firm would not take this to court or help me in any court matters, even though the other driver plead guilty to traffic offenses that caused my accident. I did finally settle for $9000, due to financial need, their refusal to help, and my inability to hire another attorney who could take my case, due to this firm would still be taking 33 1/3rd of a settlement another attorney would get. My favorite conversation with them is when I was told I was partially responsible for my injuries because I rode a motorcycle, WOW REALLY! far cry from the tv ads. Horrible experience, horrible service, horrible customer service. I still have troubles from this accident three years later, so thanks for your help.
