One note- I gave her 4/5 on responsiveness and keeping me informed because she's not incredibly responsive to phone calls, but responded to my emails really quickly. So, if you're a person that's ok with email communication, which I am, she's a good fit for you. But, if you are a person that needs to talk on the phone with your lawyer a lot or you don't know how to email, it might not be the best match. We did have many phone discussions, but they were scheduled in advance.
