Unfortunately, I have the jaded reputation of a serial criminal defendant for over the last thirty years. Accordingly, I know what separates an exceptional criminal defense attorney from the crowd of disasters. Associates, friends, inquirers, and even one court clerk have asked me, "How is it possible that (I) can continue to remain at large." To all inquirers I say, "The secret to liberty is in having an exceptionally good defense attorney," and my not-so-secret weapon in court is Jennifer. She is so good in court in court, that she is not only entertaining, but she even convinces me that I'm not guilty. I fully recommend her and her law firm to anyone who has the need of an attorney offering exceptionally superior defense.

No one wants to hire a defense attorney. Unfortunately, there are circumstances that warrant a person's need and right to hire a lawyer. I was recently in this boat and had the honor and pleasure of working with Jen. Jen stood by my side during the entire process. Having zero relationship with the court system she was able to answer all of my questions during the process no matter how trivial. She also was able to explain everything in terms that made sense to me. I would recommend Jen to anyone that needs a defense attorney she is kind, understanding and tough as nails in the courtroom.

JLongtin Law was recommended to me by someone at NAMI Law Line. I found this firm to be highly unethical and frequently dishonest. Jen Longtin won't see you without charging $175 for an hour long "working session" when other attorneys offer a free hour long consultation. I scheduled a session with the explicit agreement up front that Jen would be my attorney. Halfway through, she told me two of her junior staff would be taking my case. I had no say. She ended the working session early but charged the full amount. They were supposedly giving me the CARe discount, so I thought it was worth giving them the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong. When I checked in later about other fees, Jen changed them and didn't recall her original quotes. It was obvious that Jen and her team weren't attorneys I could count on. I let them know I was firing JLongtin Law and Jen Longtin informed me they'd "expedited" my case during a holiday week and gone through my entire retainer in the two days between the working session and the day I fired them. What a surprise. JLongtin Law can't be trusted.
