She negotiates multi-million dollar purchase and sale agreements for commercial properties and portfolio deals, providing legal advice related to each step of the acquisition, development, leasing management and disposition of real property. Jones has represented private equity real estate investment firms in multiple states, asset managers for office and industrial buildings, department store chains and national retailer developers.
