About
I am an advocate for my clients and work tirelessly to help them obtain work permission and legal immigration status in the U.S. My own experiences as a naturalized U.S. citizen serve as constant reminders of the hopes and fears my clients face.My work is about more than just getting approvals. I believe in working with my clients to help them achieve their goals.I have a passion for helping bi-national couples achieve legal status in the U.S. in order to build their lives together. I thrive on reuniting U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents with their spouses, children, siblings, and parents by obtaining visa approvals for them at U.S. Embassies worldwide. When I am not working on family based immigration cases, I strive to obtain protection for men, women, and children seeking asylum in the U.S. After my clients obtain their permanent residence (green card), I continue to work on their behalf. I guide individuals with their citizenship applications and removal of conditions on permanent residence for those with two-year valid green cards (Form I-751).It is a pleasure and an honor to be a part of my clients' immigration journeys.

Jennifer Whitlock worked for another office when my husband hired her to deal with my case- bring me to US on my fiance visa. So we cooperated - she from her office and I from my country and everything went smooth because she always new what she was doing and gave me good advice. I came to US, she helped me get my Green card and went on a maternity leave. It was time for my son to come and my case was taken by another attorney - and nothing was smooth any more - and not for the reason that we had any legal problems because everything was clear and clean, but the people in the office just didn't know the law so well and we were lost in the fog. So my husband did a little research and found out that Jennifer Whitlock opened her own practice and in no time we found her phone number and transferred our cases to her office. We got so lucky that my son immediately got a 10 year Green Card (she prepared him for the interview and accompanied him) and I have just given my fingerprints for my second Green Card - since my first 2-year expires in December. My next step is bringing my daughter and her family to US and never would I think of another attorney but Jennifer Whitlock to lead us through it. All in all this young woman knows what she is doing, she is ready to help and give answers to your questions at any time of week or day and you feel that you have a wise, confident and reliable friend by your side more than you feel her as just as your attorney.
Without any reservation or hesitation, I endorse Jennifer Ibanez Whitlock. Jennifer is one of the finest immigration practitioners in the State of Missouri. She has a wealth of immigration law experience and consistently obtains excellent results for her clients including me. Her level of professionalism is second to none. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone. Thank you, Jennifer, for all your help with my case and the excellent results!
She is one of the best attorneys that I have met over the last 25 years. She takes personal interest in your case and will help you with the best legal options; due to her vast understanding of the immigration law. We had an extremely complicated case, and we needed the best lawyer to represent us. Thank you Jennifer, you are not only a great lawyer but also a kind hearted person. No words can explain what you have done for us. THANKS again.
Since the first day we contacted her to work on my K1 visa case we knew that we made the best decision, very professional, always letting us know how the case was going. Excellent Service!
I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer on my naturalization application. She is professional, realistic, responsive and very detail oriented. We went through every single detail on my application and she took the time to explain every aspect of the application. She kept me informed at all times and we worked really well as a team. To my surprise, she joined me at my oath ceremony which shows how much she really cared. With her guidance and help I am now a proud US Citizen. I would highly recommend Jennifer for any immigration related matters.
I hired Jennifer to be my immigration lawyer she was patient understanding very helpful with the whole process
Our attorney Jennifer Whitlock was excellent. She helped with the citizenship of our two sons that we adopted years ago from Guatemala. She is very professional, friendly, and easily accessible. She always was very prompt and even took the time to come to their swearing in ceremonies (one was in September and the other was November. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for an immigration attorney.
I am a Disabled Veteran that was living overseas in Japan for 27 years. I was told by the U.S. Government that I would be transferring back to the states to work for the Air Force, so my wife and I went to the US Embassy to apply for her green card. I figured hey I'm a disabled Veteran married with two biological daughters aged 6 and 1yrs so this should be a mere formality…WRONG her visa request was denied there at the Embassy. We were told we could apply for a waiver. I was devastated when the waiver request I filed for my wife was denied. By that time, I had already moved to the U.S. to get a home and prepare for my family’s arrival. I googled Immigration Lawyers and many companies appeared and Thank the Lord I chose the one I did because there was a Lady named Mrs. Jennifer Whitlock licensed Immigration Lawyer. I admit I was emotional when I spoke with her my first visit because I served my country, became injured on duty, stayed overseas to build a life from the shattered pieces of my Naval career shorted by my accident. and now I have nowhere to turn and I was exhausted from failure to be the man of my family and bring them home. I met Jennifer, explained everything you just read and she told me a reasonable fee and her every effort to bring my family home. I worked on gathering the necessary evidence to build our case. All the while I was doing what she requested she always emailed me positive words on my progress, and stayed in touch with me respectfully on her time because (1) I wasn't her only client and (2) I knew if I didn't hear from her she was busy handling my case!! After all my paperwork was submitted Mrs. Whitlock sent me a copy of the massive file she sent the USCIS approx. 3 months later I received a Email from the USCIS stating>>>APPROVED!!!!!!!! I cried and Thanked My Heavenly Father for blessing me after 1 year and 8 months with my family reuniting again. Without the Professional help and confidence of Mrs. Whitlock I can honestly say my family would not be in their beds sleep downstairs now as I type this review. Our government denied me of my family, had me pay ridiculous fees to lengthen my time away from my family and that made me angry but instead I share my story with you because Mrs. Whitlock gave me something no one else could and that was the feeling that everything was going to be all right and ultimately the re uniting of my family. I wanted to use the full 4000 words to show my respect to the woman that brought my Family HOME!!!!! and to let you all read a similar situation that you may be in or knows someone that is. Thank you Jennifer!
Word can't explain my gratitude to Jennifer and her Law Firm's continued fight for my immigration case and gain the win finally. Very knowledgeable, prompt in response, very affirmative attitude towards clients lack of knowledge on immigration and beyond all very informative about the current immigration policies, and let the client know about it. I have faced a severe situation with my case and have tried the prominent lawyers in Los Angeles,CA and Missouri, but it would have been a long done case if I would have taken Hacking Law Practice before. I wish every success on her carrier and would highly recommend everyone to try the Hacking Law Firm, if you have any immigration difficulties.
I had never used the services of a lawyer before, so when my husband and I needed an immigration lawyer to work on my change of status to obtain my green card, we didn't know we're to go! We were extremely lucky to have been recommended to go to see Jennifer, who did an excellent job in getting a successful result for us. I recommend this lawyer.
