Jenny Foley, took our case after someone used our name to obtain a fraudulent default judgement in another state. Not only did did she win our case, she worked with us on a payment plan, only charged us for a few hours and put in some serious pro bono work. Jenny Foley even gave us her personal cellphone and always answered whenever we had a question or an issue. She well versed in many aspect of the law and she's not afraid to dive in head first.
Jenny helped my company solve a major case when things went bad with an employee who had an "airtight" contract. Ha! Not anymore he doesn't. She's the real deal.
We contacted her after hours and she was on things immediately. Anything that we weren't sure of she broke it down into terms that we could understand, And we know that we can go to her at any time and Jennifer will do her utmost best to get everything done that needs to be done. And if for some reason it's beyond her then she will get you to the right person.
Jennifer has handled several traffic tickets for me. She is always friendly and professional, and works very hard to get the best possible outcome in a timely manner.
Worked with this lawyer on a work related issue. She was very respectful understanding that this was a very tough time for me. She was human and treated me as a person who needed that human touc . I've had lawyers in the past that are hard and by the book. Not Jennifer made a difficult time bette .
This lawyer is very good! She listensed; asked for details; did what she told us that she was going to do; and we had some of our questions answered and she even told us some possibilities that could happen. Any law suit makes for sleepless nights but if you have someone like this in your corner it helps. This is what lawyers are supposed to be- honest, upfront and treated us like we were a team. Thanks-
I was in the best hands. This lawer makes no empty promises. She keeps what her word and explains clearly the situation. She listened carefully to every detail I had to tell about my case and came up with brilliant questions to get all possible point of views. I felt at any time well informed. Definitely a lawer I recommend!
She really helped me with an immigration - husband's brother was going to get deported- she stopped the deportation and now he has a green card! She was really helpful and didn't overcharge.
My experience with this attorney was devastating. She took the case, but did not act as my advocate; did not fight to expose wrong-doing; did not fight for justice for me. She failed me in every conceivable way. EXAMPLES: She often ignored emails leaving me without needed information or direction. She claimed not to know about my scheduled deposition (despite being told verbally at consultation, despite receiving the notice of deposition via email the same day, despite an email message from me a week prior), so I was not prepped. She coerced my attendance at a second non-mandatory settlement conference by stating the case would likely be dismissed if I cancelled. She did not know the facts of my case at that conference; the effect/s of which I only belatedly learned. Moreover, she took us into that conference not having spoken with a single witness; not having conducted any depositions; not having engaged in any new official discovery (as evidenced by lack of court discovery filings) before forcing me into that settlement conference. The entire experience was heart-breakingly horrible. I doubt I will ever recover.
