Jennifer helped me navigate though my divorce and made what was a difficult time, less stressful and put me at ease. She was kind, thoughtful and helped me realize what was best for me and my daughter. I could never thank her enough.
Jennifer is an excellent attorney. She was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful in my divorce/custody case. I would highly recommend!
I contacted her to handle a family law issue. It's been two months, and no return phone calls or emails. Nothing! Totally unprofessional. Sent an email that something was going on with her son and her Internet was down. Said she would be returning calls and emails. I called and emailed her long before her issues. Still have heard nothing from her regarding my case. I'll be contacting the bar. This is ridiculous.
She never sent documents to my new counsel after I fired her and caused me a six month delay in getting a hearing. This after total incomitence while handling my case for six months. Have no idea how she has a lisence to practice law.
In initial consultation she stated that she didn't need the business but would take it on. Took weeks to receive replies from email and voicemail. Dropped the ball with my health insurance and seemed to blamed me for not responding in one day before the deadline of my spouses insurance. Has no paralegal to help her and is so busy I guess, she asked for documents I've already gave her. Was treated like I was a defendant when asked what could be done in numerous situations. Deflecting blame on client instead of owning up to her incompetence. Was told in a sit down meeting about her not accomplishing anything in 7 months and was told I would never feel like her only client "That would never happen". In short if going through a divorce she is the last lawyer I would recommend. I hope its inexperience because if it's anything else it's pure incompetence and shouldn't be practicing law.
