Jennifer and her entire office were very kind and patient in answering my many questions arising out of a divorce settlement. I trusted her advice and feel she advocated for me in ways I would not have been able to for myself. Her office was invaluable to me.

Jennifer did an excellent job in keeping me informed, and explaining the process. I indicated I wanted to resolve the matter amicably, and she worked with me to explain how best to get a final solution consistent with my direction.

Jen and Sarah were amazing throughout every step of the process of my most recent divorce case. Every step of the way they looked for ways to reduce costs and find the quickest way to resolution.  Jen was diligent, responsive and well prepared. She understood my case, I felt heard and she got the outcome I wanted in the quickest way possible. I highly recommend Jen Feingold and her team to  anyone looking for a true partner in their representation.

I hired Attorney Jennifer Feingold to clear up an issue I had in my separation agreement from my divorce. My original attorney left a rather important piece out the agreement. Jennifer was very helpful in explaining the procedure and what needed to be done. She was very competent, communicative and conscious of my feelings. She was able to fix my issue in a very timely matter. In hindsight, I wish I would have found Attorney Feingold to represent me for my divorce from the start.

When you go through a divorce, there are huge things at stake, things like kids and your financial future. The decisions made in the divorce will likely impact you for years or even decades (kids). You only get one chance at this, which is why you need the best. It's important for you the reader to know that my standards are VERY HIGH, so I do not post these accolades lightly, nor do I have any special relationship with Jennifer or her firm. My own business lawyer, who I trust greatly, recommended Jennifer Feingold and her firm to me. Here is why you need Jennifer: Number one, she is incredibly experienced in this area, something like 10 or 15 years specializing in divorce law IN COLORADO(laws vary by state, so this is super important). Number two, she is incredibly efficient, she knows when you need compassion, and she knows when you need a dose of reality because the stakes are so high in your actions. You don't get "do overs" in divorce. You only get one shot and that affects you for potentially decades. And finally, I think she is a great value -- not the most expensive, but not the cheapest either - so you get an awesome value for a fair price. My ex wife took a completely different view when choosing a lawyer, and this is partly why she didn't get a single thing she asked for. Imagine a hearing where the judge has professional and courteous conversations with your lawyer, but then chews out both your spouse and your spouse's lawyer for their actions. That's what Jennifer brings, experience and a true professional at what she does. Make the right choice, as that choice will affect you for quite some time, likely decades.

The title truly sums up my experience with Jennifer. Divorce is such a difficult emotional and fiancial situation to face especially when there are so many assets to be divided. Jennifer provided a great deal of education, coaching and realism that was needed in preparing for settlement. You want someone who has your back, understands the law and navigates the gray areas. She also set realistic expectations and kept me informed on the process. I felt that we were well prepared (as well as you can be) and proactive in pulling together what was needed to meet deadlines. I would highly recommend Jennifer and Feingold Horton for any legal matter facing you--especially in the areas of business, divorce and family law.

Why do I trust Ms. Jennifer Feingold? I know that she comes with the knowledge, experience, and the energy to fight for you and your rights. She's honest about her time and how she can help you, and will dive in head first. She's direct and does not dance around how the law works. She brings a higher degree of service to your case as she also has a background in psychology, which I think is really important in family law matters. I've consulted and hired Ms. Feingold for post-divorce issues relating to joint decisions for my daughter . Usually it's the other party wanting to take away my rights, either legally (or emotionally), and I can't express how good or secure I feel to know I have her at my side.

I had a great experience with Jennifer and her team. Conversations were not filled with legal jargon. The whole team was very responsive, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Jennifer. Everything happened exactly as Jennifer stated it would. A huge thanks to the whole team.

I obtained Jennifer Feingold over a year ago for a delicate child custody matter. I am very disappointed with the work I received from her. The end result, after my issue was wrapped up in July, was exactly what the other party wanted. Jennifer basically just got me through the process. If I knew how to file the correct papers in the county, I would not have needed her at all. When it came to the mediation we just accepted what the other party (the other parent in my custody matter) wanted. I asked Jennifer to negotiate for me and the other party, would just say "No" to anything I suggested, and that is where it would end. No fight or representation of my wishes were ever heard. So, after the other party figured out we were just push overs, everything went their way. For example, Jennifer was unable to help me receive any credit for money I had already paid in child support, items I had bought the child for the other house, or even time that I was providing care for the child. Jennifer also did not fight for extra nights I had with the child over Holidays to be credited on a different work sheet, and I ended up paying child support on the maximum worksheet. I ended up paying 2.5X what I thought I would going to pay going into mediation. Needless to say we lost mediation and really the battle terribly. There were some very frustrating and scary behavior inhibited by the other party and her family, such as threats and vandalism. Jennifer never brought these issues to light even after she was requested to do so. On the other hand, if I had a poor reaction in anyway on text, I was thrown in the fire by all including Jennifer. Basically she did not have my back. I did not feel like she represented me, or my goals in her service. She just wanted the case over with. When our opponents showed they were going to be difficult and not compromise, she rolled over. There was no fight and she made me believe going into the conflict I would get certain things. That was far from the truth. Her team was also very unorganized. When documents were sent to me I often found sloppy documents with wrong formatting. On multiple occasions I was sent the wrong invoice, I would receive the invoice of another client. On other occasions the invoices would be incomplete and pages would be missing. When everything was wrapped up communication of receiving the remainder of my retainer was non-existent and I just received a check in the mail one day in an amount far less than what I had expected. This was the hardest time of my life and not trusting my lawyer or believing she was going to bat for me in all the situations made it that much more stressful. Since I have split ways from Jennifer Feingold, my dilemma has decreased tenfold. My current situation is 1000X better and I have found other ways to communicate and cooperate with the other parent. It truly feels awful when one is in the situation of fighting over a child and accepting the drastic changes in their life. I would chose someone that fights for you and makes you feel like you have great support. That person was not Jennifer Feingold for me.
