Jennifer likes to look at a case as a puzzle or a who dunnit novel. There is a cast of characters,  some are truthful and some are not.  She looks for the key to unlocking the puzzle and then searches for an efficient resolution. Jennifer is always looking out for her clients. Her job is to fill their tool box.  The more she can teach them the better they will understand and appreciate why she is doing what she is doing.
