I used Eric, for my Divorce. I understand he was just getting into divorce cases but was assured he had lots of support from within his office. He gave me a lot of false hope for 1.5 years, Charged me to prepare for trial 2 times and we never had a trial. Day of court He allowed the other attorney to write up the entire agreement and did not pay attention to the fact he was hanging me out to dry. No protection for me if the other party did not do what they were suppose to do. Not only did I give away everything except what I acquired after the separation, I am now suffering because they closed the case without making sure the x-husband refinanced. Now trashed credit and a possible foreclosure in the future (on a home with equity) and there is nothing I can do unless I want to continue to support x-husband and make his payment for him
