He is practicing a court appointed attorney and he didn't send me discovery of evidence to me.I am not used to being in trouble and he told me what the state was offering one year bench probation,and a fine and 20 hours community service. I believe we should of looked at all evidence I know trust no attorneys because of this. He also told me it wouldn't effect my background,guess what it did .I think Mr.Wallace has been a judge to long and I see a district attorney at one time.
