Look no further if you’re in need of a stand-up attorney and advocate—Jeff is awesome! I retained Jeff through his solo practice and he took my consumer protections case on a contingency basis. Jeff was extremely fair rate-wise. Throughout my short time working with Jeff, he was professional, reliable, responsive, efficient, patient, trustworthy, and kind. I feel ridiculous shoving seven adjectives into one sentence, but Jeff deserves every one of them. I will definitely reach out to Jeff’s practice in the future!

Jeff represented me, for free, in a crazy dispute with a credit card company concerning my account. Unlike the company, he was helpful, understanding, and straightforward. Where he didn't know the answer to some of my questions he said that. Best of all, even though it took forever, we eventually got all claims against me dismissed. Thanks once again. I very much appreciate it.

Hi, I worked as a residential concierge for a corporation where Jeff lived. I had been there for four years, and I had a great relationship with all of the residents there, including Jeff and his family. One day, while I was dropping off dry cleaning for a resident, I received a call from my sister, stating that my family was at the hospital my mother was in, and a decision was going to be made soon, regarding whether to take my mother off of life support. My family wanted me to be included in this process. I told my family that please let me know when the doctor would be present, as then I would leave work and go to the hospital. I then noticed that my phone was not charged, and used the residents electrical outlet to charge my phone, because I couldn't miss this call. The resident, whom I knew very well, and had always allowed me to have access to her apartment to deliver her dry cleaning and packages, came home, and immediately went to the property manager, complaining that I had used her electricity. I was fired because of this. The company that I worked for refused to pay unemployment benefits. If my family did not step in and help me, I would have been homeless soon thereafter. I met Jeff one day soon thereafter, while looking for work in Boston. I explained the mess I was in, and he asked me for some more information. We were to communicate for the next three months, as he gathered as many papers and information from me, and he set up a court date with the MA. Department of Unemployment Assistance. After a hearing, I was awarded unemployment. Jeff did this solely as a friend who thought he could help a friend in need who was being denied his due rights from a corporation because of some technicality and wording in the law. Although I offered payment for his services, Jeff felt in his heart that payment was not warranted in this situation, and only asked that I keep in touch. Jeff Thorn is a man who lets his conscious be his guide, and I will forever be grateful that he was and still is a part of my life.
