eff is an advisor and trial attorney for businesses, defending them against personal injury, contract, and employment claims. Jeff also guides his mid-market clients through a range of commercial issues, including labor, insurance coverage, entity creation/dissolution, non-competition and other problems that growing businesses routinely encounter.  In addition to his state and federal trial experience, Jeff has also represented clients in numerous administrative hearings before the Illinois Division of Insurance, the Illinois Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, the Illinois and DuPage County EPA Division, the Illinois Division of Public Health, and the Illinois Insurance Guaranty Fund. Jeff was named a 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, & 2017 Illinois Rising Star by Thomson Reuters' Super Lawyers.  The Rising Stars list recognizes the top up-and-coming attorneys who are 40 years old or younger, and no more than 2.5 percent of Illinois attorneys are selected. Jeff was also named an Emerging Lawyer in the State of Illinois for 2015 and 2016, an award given to the top 2% of Illinois attorneys who have proven themselves professional, ethical, and experienced at an early point in their legal career.
