Jeffrey Rogyom graduated from Boston University School of Law's Tax LLM program and practices as a tax, business, and estate planning attorney. Jeff advises clients on legal and tax issues relating to business transactions, start-ups, corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, business successions, estate planning, and real estate. Jeff practices both federal and state tax law, and he assists individuals and businesses with tax audit defense and tax planning in the areas of income, corporate, partnership, franchise, sales and use, property, and estate taxes. When consulting clients, Jeff's background allows him to consider their personal, business, and tax needs. Jeff previously worked for the Ober|Kaler law firm. He served on the Board of Directors of the Towson Chamber of Commerce. Jeff has served as President of both the Towson Junior Chamber and the Maryland Junior Chamber. Jeff was born in New Orleans and practiced as an accountant before attending law school. He was admitted as a lawyer to the Louisiana State Bar and, following his move to Baltimore, was admitted to the Maryland State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. Prior to Boston University School of Law, he graduated from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law, received his MBA from University of New Orleans, and received a degree in finance from Louisiana State University. Jeff is a member of the tax sections of the Maryland State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
