Jeffrey M. Neff is a real estate attorney in Tucson that has also been certified as a Real Estate Specialist since 1986 by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. Certification requires that applicants show "a high degree of professionalism" and a "high degree of competence in the practice of real estate law." He graduated with distinction from the University of Arizona in 1975, with a degree in Anthropology & Economics, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1978.
