About
Jeff Moore received a Bachelor of Science in Physiological Sciences from UCLA before obtaining his law degree from the University of California, Hastings School of Law in San Francisco in 1998. After passing the California State Bar, he spent eight years as a Deputy District Attorney for Riverside County. He has attended additional law enforcement trainings in the fields of homicide, auto theft, and high technology crime, as well as the CNOA (California Narcotics Officers Association) conference. Mr. Moore’s assigned cases have encompassed virtually every major area of criminal law, from misdemeanor battery to first degree murder. Additionally, Mr. Moore participated as an attorney-coach in the Riverside County Mock Trial Competition for six years, before entering semi-retirement as a perennial scoring attorney for the competition. As a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Moore worked as an associate in the Blumenthal Law Offices for six years before accepting a position as Senior Trial Attorney with the Law Offices of Michael A. Scafiddi. He has attended defense-oriented trainings related to Sex Crimes, Gang Crimes, Homicide, Trial Practice, and has participated in the California Death Penalty Seminar semi-annually. Mr. Moore has successfully defended criminal cases ranging from Death Penalty/Homicide to Child Molestation to misdemeanor Domestic Violence. His trial experience now spans over fifteen years, exclusively devoted to California criminal justice. He has a track record of success on both sides of counsel's table, with nearly 100 jury trials completed in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

Fantastic Lawyer Helped out our family by showing and pointing out the truth and He WON our case, couldn't have done this without him . THANKS Jeff
Jeff will give you clear insight on any issue you are faced with in any legal matter. Thanks again Jeff.
When my husband was arrested, we realized it was going to be his word against the cop's. Jeff worked hard for us and my husband's case was dismissed. It was good to have someone like him in our corner. I would highly recommend him.
Mr. Moore is an excellent attorney. I have known him for years and followed his career. His grasp of the law is outstanding and his ability to see both sides of issues enables him to be prepared for every contingency. I recommend him highly.
Mr. Moore is highly regarded by his peers as an excellent trial lawyer. I will arrest that his performance in a court room is great and he doesnt back down. However, the biggest part of going to trial is preparation and investigation. Jeff is very arrogant, ignores evidence and at times ignores his client Nobody knows your case better than you and if our attorney is arguing against you, where do you turn. I had a bad experience with Mr. Moore and in the most trying of circumstances, where i was facing a life sentence. He ignored vital evidence that i told him to look at to the point when he finally got over himself enough to look at, it couldn't be accessed. He is very knowledgeable about the law but lets his personality and personal view of his client get in the way. After changing attorneys from Jeff, i m obviously out of custody, no longer facing life and possible i may not even suffer a conviction. Be wary with Jeff. If he is dedicated to your case, and going to trial he may be the best. Yet that could change in a heartbeat based on nothing more than if he feels like it.
Constantly berated me and pushed me to sign a plea bargain for a Felony. His fee was almost $30,000 for this treatment. Never discussed the positive merits of my case. I was vulnerable at the time and he took full advantage of my situation. Find a different attorney.
Jeff represented me twice. He plead down without consulting me and does not communicate well. He charges a ton of money upfront for little to no results.
