I am a partner in the firm of Hermann, Cahn & Schneider located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.  I practice in the areas of corporate law (mergers, acquisitions, commercial contracts); commercial litigation (including creditor representation in bankruptcy) and business and family immigration.  Formerly I was a partner in the Anchorage, AK law firm of Stock & Moeller, focusing on business and family immigration.
