Brian helped me with a complex trust litigation case. I liked Brian as soon as I met him. He listened as I described my case and made me feel completely at ease. I always felt as though he had my best interest at heart and I wouldn't have traded him for any of the other numerous attorneys we had to confront. Brian is extremely intelligent of the law but also a very kind person with a friendly sense of humor. This case took almost two years to settle, and I was very happy with the result. I highly recommend Brian to anyone with a probate or trust problem.
My experience with Brian Eagan has been exceptional. I hired him sight unseen, only a phone meeting as I live in another state, but had a probate/trust case in Las Vegas that I needed an attorney for. Brian has a very "we can get this done" attitude and has been extremely helpful with my case. Whether it is an e-mail that I send with questions, or a phone call, he is always very quick to respond! My case has taken six and a half years with Brian being my attorney for five of those years. He has stayed on top of every aspect of my case and I don't believe it would be finally coming to a close if it weren't for him. He is professional, but has a sense of humor when needed! He knows his law and how to explain to someone who doesn't fully understand it. My case involved only myself and my sister, my sister is executor of our fathers estate. My sister had lied about several things and Brian was able to subpoena a witness who had testified to something that I knew to be false, and when she came in and was questioned by Brian, she admitted that she had lied in her earlier testimony. This was a huge help to my case. He is also very fair in what he charges and doesn't just "create" charges like some attorneys do. I would highly recommend Mr. Eagan to anyone that needs an attorney!
