I am a lawyer in Wellesley, Massachusetts who strives to provide local, national and international clients with large firm quality and responsiveness in a small firm setting.  I work in three three main areas:  business and commercial law, alternative dispute resolution for business and family law ADR. Business Law: In addition to serving as outside general counsel to clients in a number of industries, I advise on discrete projects including:•Business and commercial law•Contract preparation and review•Business organizations (business formation and dissolution, including corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, representing early stage, venture-backed and established companies)•Partner and shareholder disputes•Mergers and acquisitions of private companies•Business financing and other transactions•General negotiation advice Alternative Dispute Resolution: •Settlement counsel•Mediation•Arbitration•Collaborative law (Collaborative business law)•Faciliitation of group disputes Family Law: •Divorce mediation•Collaborative divorce law•Review of mediated separation agreements  My litigation practice is limited to a strategic or litigation management mode.  I do not make court appearances.
