Mr. Carter is an experienced AV® rated lawyer practicing in the field of intellectual property law, including all aspects of patent law, such as patent licensing, patent litigation, patent preparation, patent prosecution, patent portfolio management and all related counseling. Although having a technical background primarily in the electrical, electronic and computer-related arts, Mr. Carter’s extensive legal and business experience and diverse technical interests make him particularly well-suited to assist clients with licensing and litigating patents in any field of technology, including biotechnology and pharmacology.
