All correspondence from him and his secretary were prompt and very helpful in helping me understand my case, the laws that the other person had violated against me and what steps were going to be taken and why, and my case was resolved in a very timely manner! The answers to the unasked questions were assumed as he shrugged me off. He was rude and unprofessional and it was clear that if he didn't think my case was a shoo-in (based on his assumptions) that he wasn't going to be give me the time of day. I wrapped up the conversation by letting him know that the information he was filling in the blanks with, was incorrect! I included that if he would have asked me the questions and waited for my answer, he would have known that. What a discouraging start to an already unfair situation. I now am going to make sure that others aren't made to feel this way when truly (even if there's not an actual case) there are more appropriate ways to interac to potential clients respectfully.

I was forwarded Mr. Berzowski's information from Di Rrnzo & Bomier to pursue a possible workers comp claim. In speaking with him, I wasn't given the time of day. The answers to the unasked questions were assumed as he shrugged me off. He was rude and unprofessional and it was clear that if he didn't think my case was a shoo-in (based on his assumptions) that he wasn't going to be give me the time of day. I wrapped up the conversation by letting him know that the information he was filling in the blanks with, was incorrect! I included that if he would have asked me the questions and waited for my answer, he would have known that. What a discouraging start to an already unfair situation. I now am going to make sure that others aren't made to feel this way when truly (even if there's not an actual case) there are more appropriate ways to interac to potential clients respectfully.
