Mr. Falkowski joined the Firm in May, 2012, and practices in various areas of civil defense litigation. After receiving his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University, Mr. Falkowski served over five years at the State Attorney’s Office for the 6th Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County. As an Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Falkowski participated in the prosecution of over forty jury trials. Mr. Falkowski graduated from the University of Florida with a BS Degree in Telecommunication.
