About
Jeanine Novosad Rispoli has been practicing in Waco and Central Texas for over three years. Her practice focuses on family law, adoption, pre-marital financial planning, and divorce. Before moving back to Waco, Jeanine practiced in Houston for four years where she represented hundreds of clients in various family law cases. Her experience includes complex property disputes involving high net-worth estates, characterization, tracing, and valuation of businesses, real property, and other significant assets. Jeanine also has experience in custody and child support matters, including cases involving psychological evaluations and custody evaluations. In 2015, the presiding family law Judge of Harris County appointed Jeanine the amicus attorney on two adoption cases.Jeanine graduated with distinction from the Baylor University Scholars Program and the Honors College. As part of her undergraduate degree, she wrote her thesis on the history and sociology of divorce in America. In 2011, Jeanine received her law degree from Baylor Law School, where she served in leadership positions for the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity as the Marshal, Clerk, and Vice Justice and she competed in several moot court and mock trial competitions.Jeanine is a member of the State Bar of Texas Local Bar Services committee, the Vice President of the Waco McLennan County Young Lawyers Association, a member and mentor in the Judge Abner V. McCall American Inn of Court, Secretay of the Junior League of Waco, a member of the Texas Bar Foundation, an alumna of LeadershipSBOT, and a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar.
