I have hired Jay and his law firm on 3 occasions. DUI, 2 possession charges and a trafficking charge. All within a 3 year period. And for the record, Jay and his staff are awesome. I am sure that I could spend hours everyday on the phone talking to all of them. But I understand that they have other people who they are also helping out. If you think that they need to call you before and after they file motions on your behalf. Or when they go golfing with the judges. Then maybe you should consider hiring an intern or maybe a jailhouse attorney. Out of all the charges and felonies I had I ended up keeping 1 of them. No probation, no jail time. I lost my driver's license for 6 months and had to pay a $500 fine. As a matter of fact, Jay had my DUI thrown out completely. I did not know this for about 3 months because of covid and because I didn't have my head up his butt worring him to death over it. If it wasn't for Jay Hebert and his staff, I would likely be in prison for the rest of my life. I have also referred several people to Jay and he has done an amazing job for all of them. I apologize for coming off a little pissed. And I am! I just find it offensive when people post negative comments regarding things as subjective as a DUI. There are way too many factors that revolve around each individual case for someone to even suggest that Jay is out to get your money. I promise you, he has money. I can tell you from experience that he turns down as many cases as he accepts. He is one of the best attorneys money can buy.

I was recently charged with trafficking. I met with Jay and 2 days later retained him to represent me. Wow! These guys are incredible too say the least. He, Brian and Sandy were all very honest, compassionate, professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. It is obvious that these guys are not in this for the money. They truly care for their clients and their families. Jay and his team are very proactive and have great relationships with the prosecutors and judges and they understand how to navigate their way through the system. I cannot say enough great things about these guys. My case was dismissed.

Jay was overly attentive to our DUI case when we did our initial consultation. Once he charged our credit card, that completely changed. He never followed up on anything he said he was going to do (contact witnesses, review affidavits, etc), and was hard to reach by phone. Didnt reply to any emails. We had to do most of the legwork ourselves with contacting people to submit their affidavits & gather up our cae info. We ended up getting lucky with our case, but that wasnt b/c of anything he did. Also, Jay looks nothing like he does in the picture - that was obviously taken a long time ago. That should've been our 1st clue.

Jay Hebert came recommended by another attorney we have business dealings with. Our consultation was great, So great, We hired him on the spot. We paid exactly half of the total fee @ the time of hire. We had one mtg within 5 days of hiring him and we pretty much never heard from him or his team again. Calls and emails have gone un-answered. There was never a charge in the case, so there wasn't much corresponding to do, but our flat fee did include him moving to expunge the arrest record. We're still waiting for Communication. It appears that I'm the 1st negative review (at least on this site), maybe we caught this firm @ a bad time, im not sure. Maybe the seriousness or lack thereof of our case made it less important. I don't know what to think but im really disappointed and based on my experience, I cant recommend this firm.
