Mr. Westfaul was hired by us to represent my mother in a difficult conservancy lawsuit. He worked in conjunction with the other attorney that was representing myself. They worked well together. I hired jay and he barely even showed up. He didn't argue anything at trial and let the other attorney run all over us. Jay had knowledge of the judge and opposing attorney having a relationship and failed to act on it. What a waste of money and a poor outcome. Don't hire this guy.
