Jay’s practice focuses on business and entrepreneurial law, as well as real estate, intellectual property, business and succession planning and securties offerings. Jay is a native Hoosier, having grown up in southwestern Indiana. Prior to attending law school, Jay taught 8th grade mathematics at Fanning Middle School in the Saint Louis Public Schools in conjunction with a program called Teach For America. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana.When not practicing law, Jay runs marathons and is an avid fan of Saint Louis Billikens basketball.
