Jay English did not handle my case at a professional level.Will not return calls .Had a very harsh letter from a judge on matters that were not filed properly.When the last appeal was denied i did not receive a phone call or letter notifing me.In the last 3months,i have called his office numerous times.Im always told ,he is out of the office.My messages are never returned. I would not recommend him to anyone.
