I concentrate my practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, and business representation and planning. In the area of estate planning, my range of practice varies from the simple will to sophisticated estate planning, including revocable, irrevocable and charitable trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, and family limited partnerships. In the business area, I counsels clients on business formations, transactions, asset purchases and sales, employment agreements, contracts, buy-sell agreements and leases.
