While I have known Jason for numerous years, he is one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate attorneys anywhere in this state. Jason has always been and will always be the only attorney for all of our legal needs. I would recommend Jason to anyone, who wants the best representation, hands down.
Jason is the most knowledgeable attorney. He is also very prompt and gets things done quickly.
We were happily surprised by the quality and trust we were able to put into our relationship. He was patient with this Mom who knew her child had been treated with injustice and false accusations. He fought for us with every thing possible and pleaded for the best. I could write a page on how we are impressed. It is the fact - this is one trustworthy Lawyer. He is a good man first - but would not want to go up against him in a trial either. The package you want on your side.
I had issues with traffic court several months back and needed help - to say that he "helped me" would be to woefully understate the reality of it all. He not only exceeded all expectations on outcome & price, he was very easy to work with - kind, patient & professional. Could not have been a better experience.
Jason is a very detail orientated person. Who listens to everything you say keeps excellent records and is never late on any of the duties he is hired to fulfill. He has made my life happier with what he's done to help me. He works diligently to help you reach your goals.
In Oct. our son received a (justified) DUI in Belize, NC at a traffic stop. A friend recommended Mr. Vaughn. Son & I met with him and entrusted him with the case. We paid our fee and then hoped for the best. Mr. Vaughn advised him of steps he needed to proactively take. DUI classes, breathalyzer, etc. He attended court at least 4 times, sometimes with/sometimes without.our son He also had an assistant, Dawn Oxendine who helped as well. The officer failed to appear at any of the hearings. The last time there was an opportunity for him to take a plea. Mr. Vaughn could have advised him to do that, he was paid and had certainly put in plenty of hours, but he didn't. One more appearance this week and we were blessed that the officer did not show again. CASE DISMISSED, NO RECORD, and hopefully many life lessons learned. Hopefully we will never need Mr. Vaughn again but I certainly would recommend him with absolutely no hesitation.
Jason is extremely knowledgable and helpful. He had answers for all over our issues. He is wonderful at handling our evictions. He is reliable and trustworthy. We are still using him to handle our legal issues and evcitions.
