About

Jason received his bachelor's degree from Arizona State University where he was appointed by the Dean of Student Life to head the judicial board and risk management panel which oversee ASU's fraternities and sororities.  He was named Greek Man of the Year in 1993.  After graduation, Jason returned home to Birmingham, Alabama where he attended law school at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He was a member of Cumberland's Moot Court Team and competed nationally against students from all over the United States.  He passed the Bar Exam in Alabama in 1996 and began his legal career at Boardman, Carr et al.  where his practice focused on the defense of big box retailers including Kmart and Toys R Us in lawsuits arising out of personal injuries and accidents.  In 2000,he and his wife, Jennifer, moved to Southern California.  Jason joined Daniels, Fine, Israel, Schonbuch & Lebovits, LLP in July of 2000 and has defended bars and night clubs along the world famous Sunset Strip since that time.  He also represents concert venues, private security companies, commercial trucks, motor carriers, products manufacturers, musicians, and artists in litigation throughout California and Alabama.  He and Jennifer have four children and also serve as resource parents for the Los Angeles County Department of Children's Services and Long Beach Head Start.  Aside from spending time with his wife and family, Jason is a food and wine enthusiast and an avid college football fan.
