Jason and his firm worked diligently to provide my company the trademark registration in a fast and accurate way! Highly recommended
My partner and I have been working with Jason for a number of years through the process of patenting our invention and founding a company around it. His legal advice and expertise has been invaluable in navigating the many complexities of the patent process and dealing with the USPTO. His technical proficiency in computer science has been an incredibly valuable asset in my discussions with him about the invention, as it allows him to both quickly grasp technical concepts as well as make suggestions to help solidify our legal footing. He has a diverse skill set and has also assisted us in other areas such as contract law, trademark, and copyright. He is a pleasure to work with and highly recommended.
Hired Mr. Stone for a real estate closing. He was thorough, responsive and incredibly professional. Everything went very smooth with him at the helm. Would absolutely work with again.
I am a physician who contacted Jason Stone for copyrighting my text. Mr Stone provided an quick service for copyrighting and streamlined the process to make submission very easy. He is a very smart fellow who was very knowledgable and answered questions with ease. He also appeared very trust worthy and made the process of discussing my intellectual property easy. Mr Stone also responded fast to phone calls and questions. I am very pleased with the process. I have never met an attorney who is a computer programmer and made his own website for his law firm. Mr Stones website (stoneslaw.net) was super useful in submitting the copyright stuff and I was able to not have to come in directly to see him.
I had Jason Stone work on something personally for me and it came out great. I was really happy with his work ethic and his ability to get the work done efficiently. He went above and beyond to get the work done for me.
My experience with this firm has been terrible. I spoke with Jason in late August 2015 about handling a possible trademark infringement case against a company that was using my trademarked company name. It was pretty simple...send a cease & desist letter and wait to see if they respond. Jason emailed the proposed C & D letter to me for approval, and after some minor changes, I approved it to be sent on 9/16/15. That went according to plan, but when I inquired about whether or not they sent a response by the deadline that we stated in the letter, I was told that they did not. I decided to have a more threatening letter sent before filing a lawsuit, and I waited for a draft to be sent to me for my approval. He never sent me a copy of the 2nd letter, nor do I know if it was ever sent because he hasn't responded to my repeated phone calls or emails over the last 90 days. He charged $1,500.00 to send one letter & then stopped communicating with me altogether after a few brief phone conversations that were initiated by me.
