Jason represented me in my Chapter 7 bankruptcy and was stellar in dealing with every aspect of the process. He made this normally stressful process smooth and worry-free. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to declare bankruptcy!
Jason was a beacon of hope to my case. At a time, when all options seemed very limited due to both the scarcity of resources and the hostile financial oppositions, Jason provided me not only with the legal counsel but also with the emotional succor to deal with both my familial and financial situation. I personally recommend the services of Jason and his entire office members without any reservation.
If you're looking for an attorney to help you through your difficult times, stop looking, you have found him. Jason is who you need. I have had personal experience with a multitude of other attorneys and a few judges on different matters, through some litigation my ex had with her previous ex. Those experiences left me with very little faith in the attorney profession, and the legal system as a whole. Routine lies and fabrications, additional unethical behavior, borderline robbery billing practices, and shear incompetence. Had one that didn't know a major law in their field of practice had changed over 20 years earlier. Had 3 of them in one room during a mediation, plus a judge that one of them called, that all had no clue how a particular law worked... even though it had been changed about a decade earlier, and a multitude of documents from the Bar Association had clearly explained it. Yet somehow, I was the only one that knew about it and had to show it to them (I have no involvement in the legal system). Similar instances of me being the only one that knew the current laws repeated over and over. I could go on and on with more specific examples, but I think you get the picture. Communication? Attitudes? Just horrendous. To say my expectations of finding competent representation were low is an understatement. Then I met Jason. During the initial consultation / interview, Jason listened carefully, was thorough, and very patient with my questions and concerns. My case involved filing a personal Bankruptcy while keeping a single member LLC intact. Not the most challenging case, but not the easiest either. I had already done my own research into many of the laws governing my case, as I like to be prepared. Unlike all of the other attorneys I had dealt with previously, I did not have to bring up a particular law in the conversation, explain it to Jason, and then have to show it to him to stop the arguing. Not only did Jason obviously already know all of those laws, when appropriate for the conversation, he would state the pertinent aspects of the laws. Based on my previous experiences, I was pretty much floored by this behavior. I had actually found a competent attorney! To make matters even better, Jason never rushed the consultation, and never made it feel like he was doing such a huge favor just by speaking. I of course hired him and while my case is still ongoing, he has made the process thus far as painless and easy as possible. Although my past experiences had my expectations bar set pretty low, Jason easily exceeded them. More importantly, he even exceeded my greatest expectations of what I feel an attorney should be. On top of everything else, his pricing is extremely reasonable if not downright cheap! Jason is a true professional and credit to his profession (a VERY rare thing in my personal experience)! Although I have tried, my words really cannot adequately describe how impressed I have been with Jason. So stop reading and start calling him to help you out. You will thank me.
He really knows how to handle a Bankruptcy case! I listened to many lawyers go up before my case, who had to get further documents and come back before the bankruptcy could be completed. My case was done fast, and I had everything completed because my lawyer knew what all was needed before hand. Extremely trusting and reliable!
Jason did a great job handling our case, business minded but also extremely helpful.
He was very professional and checked up on me often to see if I needed help. Would definitely use him again or refer him to family and friends
A Great lawyer would definitely recommend to anyone needing such services.
I was skeptical about hiring an attorney for my bankruptcy and Jason did an outstanding job for me. He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. I would recommend him to everyone.
As a fairly new transplant to Oklahoma, I had my wages garnished from debts that were handed to me after my divorce. I needed help as a single mother to help get my garnishments stopped and to file bankruptcy, which after my divorce was long overdue. Jason helped me through every part of the process and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the bankruptcy. I feel very blessed to have just come across him on Google! I highly recommend him if you need a bankruptcy attorney who will make this experience as painless and quick as possible. Any questions I have come across before, during or after - he has always provided counsel on what needed to be done. Overall, an excellent attorney!
Explained everything in a way I could understand. Answered all my questions. Kept me informed of all stages of the bankruptcy. Stayed in contact with me.
