Jason Ricardo and his assistant Kim made the process run so smoothly that the Case settled in almost no time. Friendly and Professional is an accurate characterization of the firm. I have 2 other collection cases they are currently handling. Please don't hesitate to contact Jason and his staff!

Jason has represented me in a difficult and aggressive foreclosure case against Wells Fargo for years. He has successfully managed to hold them responsible for a multitude of errors regarding my mortgage, and their actions incredibly frustrating and borderline illegal activities since. I can't recommend him more highly.

I retained ricardo and wasyik after seeing some videos on YouTube. They look professional but they are not. Like the other review he was only out to collect monthly fees and let the case drag on. When I asked him for an invoice he refused to give it to me. I saw he filed one motion only. He received over 5000. I am filing a complaint. The Florida bar. He was one of two attorneys that do the same thing. They prey on people that need help and don't know what the law is. Every client is entitled to an invoice and good representaction. Just because a retainer may state it is non refundable does not imply the attorney can just keep thousands of unearned money. They must show how they have earned it. He can now let the Floral Bar know. He will refund my money back....I have nasty emails from him when I asked for my invoice.

After my husband and I had our initial consultation with this attorney, we chose to hire him to represent us with our foreclosure case. We signed his retainer agreement and made full payment of his fees. At first, he was very optimistic and reassured us that this was something he could handle and was a relatively "easy" case. As time went on, we noticed that his attitude was changing. We were very clear with him about proceeding and moving our case to trial. After numerous court hearings and continuances, we began to question why he wasn't challenging and pressing for this to go to trial. Never were we given a clear answer and he just kept letting the banks attorneys ask for more time and more time. At this point, we realized that his communication was also lacking with us. We would try to speak directly with him and were constantly shoved onto his secretary, who was always rude with both my husband and myself. Towards the end, it was clear that he was not interested in representing us as we had discussed. His meaning of an "easy" case was to let it drag out and then tell us our best option was to do what the bank wanted us to do and not fight and move forward. Also beware and look over all bills and invoices from him. He tried, unsuccessfully to go after us for payment for what he called "expenses not covered under our retainer agreement" which we ulitimately proved to the court that we had paid those "expenses" when those services were rendered. So he was trying to double bill us, which to us is very unprofessional and ethically wrong. Be cautious if you're thinking about using this attorney. We wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
