Called Jason a couple days before my court date. After a couple of other attorneys wouldn’t return my calls. He called me in for a consultation and I gladly hired him. What I liked about him is he didn’t make any empty promises that some of these guys will make. He did promise to work any angle he could use to get my charges lowered or dropped. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome facing a minimum 120 days in jail and a 6 year license suspension. This would have ruined me financially. I ended up with a plea down to 48 hours and charged with a first offense charge. Honestly think I might’ve got out of it all together if I asked him to go further with it but it wasn’t a risk I was willing to take with that great of an offer. I also want to say that under the circumstances I thought they were going to fry me if they could. He was worth double the money I paid him. In fact I have paid twice as much with not near the results. I hope I never need an attorneys services again but if I do there’s no question who that will be. Hi staff was great as well.
Jason is a great attorney who fights for you and doesn’t just take your money. Jason worked very hard on a case for me and it got transferred to another state. He didn’t just turn his back on me, he helped me get some things cleared up here in Tn so I can move forward in WVa. I feel Jason is honest and a compassionate man who doesn’t do his job for just the money. Jason truly fights to help his clients, and you don’t have to mortgage your home to hire him. I would choose Jason again and trust he’d do the best job.
Jason is very professional and was quick to answer any questions I had concerning my case. He worked on my behalf to bring me the best possible outcome. I recommend this attorney!
I received more help from Mr. Randolph from a consultation than I ever got from other lawyers I've dealt with in the past. He is personable and knowledgeable and I would recommend him without a second thought!
He helped me out with an issue and couldn't have asked for better representation. He was always prompt and on time, I highly recommend his services. He won my case
I have used him several times in family law. I have recommended him to tons of friends and family. We all love him. He is always respectful. He made me feel at ease, and everything that he said was going to happen did happen. He has won every case I've hired him for and to my knowledge all my friends and families cases. I live in Knoxville and still use him in Knox county. I recommend him to anyone.
I hired Jason Randolph for a DUI case that was over 2 years old. I had already hired council and paid out $16,000, at that time I was ask to pay an additional $15,000 to have him continue to represent me. I was unable to pay $31,000 to fight this charge. So, I called Jason and he took my case before I was even able to pay him. Then he got my court case postponed for several months until I am able to pay him to represent me. He has been a blessing from God and I am so grateful, I'm hoping now to hire him to represent me in a drawn out divorce and custody case. #smalltownhero #notallattorneysarethesame
I knew where I needed to be and what I needed to have at all stages in my case. Mr. Randolph made me feel like he handled my case like he would handle his own.
Jason is AMAZING. He handled my criminal case and now is dealing with my custody case. He got straight to work before I could even come up with payment. He is kind and makes you feel at home. His paralegal is super friendly as well, and they both will do what they can to make sure youre taken care of.
My wife slipped on a turned over drink that was left on the floor of a high end restaurant in Knoxville and broke her leg. All the big firms in Knoxville would not take the case, saying that slip and falls are very hard to prove/win in a court of law. I found Mr. Randolph through an old college buddy. Long story short, my wife was compensated for medical bills plus a good chunk of change for her/our troubles. I have continued to us Mr. Randolph for other legal works and he has yet to fail me. I tend to like a lawyer that is on my side, looking out for my interests and when its time to take the gloves off he does...
