But Jason has been just that good. He has been a candid, compassionate, and hard working advocate for me through a modification and several additional consultations. Through all of it, he has remained sensitive to my budgetary limitations, and isn't afraid to help guide me through some self-representation. I've worked with numerous other attorneys, and Jason is the one I plan to keep going back to. Thanks Jason!
I hired Jason Pierson to help me handle a modification request following a dissolution of domestic partnership. I found him to be skilled, knowledgable, direct, and consistently able to center the welfare of minor children involved. I recommend him highly.
Mr. Pierson was very caring and compassionate towards me and gave me guidance on how to move forward with my case. He was very thorough on explaining the process and procedures. Mr. Pierson is very professional and willing to go the extra mile. I'm so happy that I chose to move forward with him and win my case.
Jason has made one of the most difficult situations in my life a lot more easier and broke down the whole process so I was able to understand it all. I'm so glad I found him when I did. I would definitely recommend him!
Starting a custody agreement is daunting, scary and vary overwhelming, even if you get along with the other party. Pierson Family law made it so easy and really held my hand every step of the way. Jason and Rachel me feel confidant in all the decisions and agreements that were made. I always felt that not only did they have my childs wellbeing as the top priority, but getting all parties through this process in the quickest and most amicable way. I think that being able to go through this process quickly and amicably really helped us all move on with our lives in the best way possible. Jasons honesty and integrity along with his ability to frankly lay out what the process was going to be like really helped me make an agreement that we could get processed quickly. They were always available to answer all my question hesitations and concerns in a way that I could understand and were so compassionate about the hard time I was going through. If you are looking for help to get through any domestic or custody situation I would highly recommend Jason and his team. It was wonderful to work with a small business Husband and wife team that will make you feel not only like their most important client, but like a friend. Thank you so much Jason and Rachel for everything!!!
Divorce was the single hardest thing I've ever done! Yes, even both childbirths were easier! If wasn't for Jason's brilliant integrity, compassion and professionalism, I don't know how I would have made it through the year. I felt completely comfortable with him as soon as I met him. He accepted my case with confidence. I knew he had my best interest the entire time. He was diplomatic and respectful and when needed, incredibly motivating. His negotiating skills were precise and encouraging. He is extremely knowledgeable and outmatched opposing counsel each time. He and his team went above and beyond what was expected and I felt as if I was taken care of wholistically from the start.
I was fortunate in my divorce to have had the services of Jason. Every hurdle imaginable was placed before me, restraining order, temporary protective order, and no parenting time. Jason tackled each hurdle with dignity, and class. He was able to get the FAPA dropped, the TPOR dropped and me awarded temporary parenting time. His approach was that of a professional who treated both parties involved with respect even when opposing counsel wasn't. When it came to negotiating parenting time Jason continued to help me keep my head up allowing us to produce a solid parenting plan of which in the end resulted in my daughter receiving what she deserved. I as the non custodial parent essentially received what I was asking for when everyone was telling me I shouldn't hold my breath. He was straightforward with me and I felt mine and my daughters best interest were his top priority. He made every effort to take a step back from my case when I was working to put down more money to continue to retain his services. Never once did I feel he was in it for my money. I believe he has a genuine interest in seeing a divorce go as smooth and painless as possible. He was very much ok with me trying to have open communication with my soon to be ex where her attorney was adamant we not speak at all. I believe whole heartedly his approach helped her and I to finally open up communication between us both in a positive manner. Jason in my mind is the sort of attorney one can only hope to receive the services of when going through an ugly divorce. I will be recommending Jason to anyone seeking a solid attorney.
Today Jason represented me in a FAPA hearing that I was trying to get dismissed. Based on the picture of me being a big man heavily trained in Martial Arts and self-defense and my wife being a small petite woman claiming she in fear of her life from me, stacked the deck quick against us. By his attention to detail of all the case history notes he was able to catch her lying several times and represent me not as an attacker but one who defends himself and others. He is very diligent in his efforts and is extremely professional in all aspects of being a lawyer. By those characteristics of him, he was able to prove that I am no threat to anyone let alone my wife. I highly recommend his services to anyone needing help with a divorce or even dealing with restraining orders.
I was represented by Jason in my divorce recently. He kept me informed and explained everything to me as we waded our way through this stressful situation. He was so swift in getting things done, I really appreciated that about him.
Jason was "brought into" Divorce Negotiations (between my wife & myself) late in the process (I filed for Divorce in Oklahoma where I live & my wife filed in Oregon were she lives). My Oklahoma Attorney suggested we retain a Law Firm in the Portland, OR Area as it was likely a Contested Case would be held in Oregon. Jason's Firm (Landerholm Law) was retained and Jason was assigned to the case. Jason quickly got "up to speed" and engaged my wife's Attorney leading to an agreed upon settlement that was signed by both my wife and I on May 18th; less than 10 days after Jason was assigned. Further, my interactions with Jason were insightful, informative, and humanistic. I would be pleased to discuss Jason's Excellent Service with anyone.
