If I could give Shannon 6 stars, I would. She’s experienced, realistic, and likable. I had a difficult case that had to be broken up into 2 parts due to jurisdictional matters. Shannon helped me navigate the legal framework and worked hard on my case. In the end, I couldn’t be happier with the results.
Navigating legal matters usually involves some levels of stress. Shannon listened to my needs and gave me options. She helped me to come up with a plan to move forward based on my requests. I feel that Shannon truly had my best interest at heart during the entire process. I would highly recommend Shannon and her professional team to help you navigate through one of life’s difficult situations.
Filing for divorce was the most difficult decision I've ever made. I was completely overwhelmed when I made an appointment for a consultation with Shannon. I felt so alone - like I was on an island. She was understanding and sympathetic while making the process more manageable for me. She was exactly the person I needed to walk me through everything. Shannon is very competent in her profession, she is compassionate, an excellent communicator, and just has a personality that balances the roller coaster of emotions that divorce can bring out in a person. I cannot say enough positive things about her and HIGHLY recommend Shannon to anyone seeking family law assistance!
Shannon Parvey was amazing to work with. She was an efficient and thorough communicator. She explained everything, and always made sure we understood the process. Shannon was timely with her responses, and with any updates she had for us. I would highly recommend her!
Shannon is very professional and realistic. My case was Divorce and child custody, plus I'm from another country and English is not my first language, the other party made this case hard and longer than what it should've been, meanwhile I had to also defend myself and my child from his parents with the lies and all kind of "strange" things they have done and she worked with strong arguments and professionalism. I was and still proud to had her as a lawyer. My case finalized after a long time but I wouldn't have it done without her, she thought about details that helped as a long term and she does not waste her time while she is working, comparing to other lawyers that I seemed. I will strongly recommend Shannon.
Shannon and her firm helped my wife and I gain primary custody of my son after some developments with my son's mother. While we supplied evidence that we thought was important, the firm worked diligently and found very important information from local law enforcement agencies. I believe that the information they came across was the key in everything working out for us and we were lucky enough to settle out of court. Shannon was great at communicating what was needed, what was going on, etc. We were never left wondering what was going on and what we needed to do next. We strongly recommend Shannon and PLM.
Shannon and the whole team at Parvey was exceptional to work with. We had a couple of face to face meetings, but we were able to work the majority of our case by e-mail. Anytime I had reached out with any questions or issues, she was able to respond promptly. During our first meeting I was immediately validated that she was the correct lawyer for the job. She had copies of my divorse papers and had gone through them ahead of time, so our conversations about everything was right off the top of her head. She didn't need to look anything up. Conversations were very natual. Throughout the whole process I truly felt she cared about the outcome of my case. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer.
Shannon helped me tremendously during a very traumatic period in my life. I cannot thank her enough for her dedication to my case, her professionalism and her listening ear. Shannon was there to answer my questions, listened to me cry and assured me that what I was doing was the right thing. Not only is Shannon a phenomenal attorney, she's also as big-hearted as they come. She's incredibly sharp & perceptive, with a brilliant legal mind, but also emotes a great sense of compassion and empathy when you tell her what you're going through. She works in family law because she genuinely cares about the welfare of others and wants to make the world a better place by helping each family she works with achieve a sense of peace, balance and closure. She's not just an attorney; she's a friend, confidante, grief counselor, mentor and, at the end of it all, I feel like she's a member of my extended family. I know that if I have a problem she will be there for me. If you're looking for an attorney who has your best interests at heart, really knows her stuff and will fight tooth and nail for the best possible outcome for you and your family, don't hesitate for a second to contact Shannon Parvey.
When I hired Shannon she was working with another firm and towards the end of my case she went on her own firm. I clearly went with her and would have at any point during her representation of me. She is easy to talk to with no sugarcoating which I prefer. Shannon was compassionate when I was at a very difficult time in my life, but at the same time kept me in check and made me see the reality of the situation. I had the pleasure of working with her for my divorce and also about ten months after for another round which after her assistance with, my ex had very little ground to stand on and became very minor. Because of of her I feel good about he way my situation turned out. I am a father and have my kids 50/50 which is not the easiest thing to accomplish, but we did. Extremely thorough and good at what she does. I never left her office with a question about what is next or next step. She would explain everything and make sure I understood it before I left. One can tell she truly enjoys her work and always has her clients and clients children’s best interest in every situation. Shannon will fight for what is right and fair for her clients. I can say with confidence that I would definitely have her represent me again (hopefully don’t need to) and also strongly refer her to any one.
I am absolutely proud of attorney Shannon for the great job that she have done on my recent civil case. The divorce was entered before I reviewed or attend the court because I wasn't served right the sent the documents to wrong address, but after I found out I contacted attorney Shannon's office and she was able to draft the stipulation documents to change the custody for my 4 kids from only two days parenting to a half custody and also reduce the child support amount. For all of those changes now my children are happy with it they still feel that their parents are not divorce even though they know we are divorce. Thank you so much for your time attorney Shannon.
