Mr. McCartha has had success representing clients before the Alabama Supreme Court, the Alabama Civil Court of Appeals, various Circuit, District, Probate, and Municipal Courts throughout the State, the United States Federal District Court, and in Administrative Hearings.Mr. McCartha received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Alabama and then received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. Jason and his wife, Jennifer, and their two boys, Justice and Jenson, serve various Christian ministries both locally and internationally.
