Jason Livingston is an associate in the firm and a member of the Trusts and Estates Department.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Succession Planning, Long Term Care Planning, Estate Administration, Trust Administration and Guardianship Petitions.Mr. Livingston received his J.D. degree from the University of New York at Buffalo Law School and his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from East Carolina University.  Mr. Livingston is admitted to practice in the State of New York. Mr. Livingston is an active member of the Monroe County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association.  He is also a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Monroe County Bar Association. Mr. Livingston is an instructor for the Estate Planning Module of the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Certification Course.Mr. Livingston was a member of the Rochester panel for the New York State Bar Association course entitled “Probate and the Administration of Estates.” Publications and News Articles
