In 2017/18 I was detained in Douglas County being accused of de-frauding someone out of goods more than $10,000- $50,000. No matter how many times I tried to explain my innocence & that I actually had permission to perform these actions; Douglas County would not hear me out! They wanted to make me into this hard mass criminal who robs people of life. Being young and also African American the system is not an ideal place to be when you are striving for greatness. When my 17-year old daughter was struck in her Subaru (which was later, "totaled") and carted away in an ambulance to Parker Adventist emergency room due to being crushed from a 40-year old lady who hit her in the back left part of her car, I was shocked to meet the responding police officer in the emergency room and handed a citation for "Careless Driving" by my daughter.
