I contacted Jason Holly regarding a “strange and unusual” case with a Creditor that started in 2013 and continued through 2015. I could not be more satisfied with the services that I received, the final outcome that Jason was able to procure, or more thankful that I was led to his office for representation! Initially I had appeared in Court without council (*bad idea*) for what started out as a simple, yet strange/odd misdemeanor case (one charge) in General Sessions Court, but the case was suddenly and surprisingly bound over to Criminal Court for a Grand Jury Trial and had somehow became multiple felony charges. I was so confused about what had just happened and how, I was devastated, mortified and inconsolable. I had never had more than a few traffic citations in my entire life and now I had three (3) felony charges. ***NEVER GO TO ANY COURT HEARING, FOR ANYTHING, WITHOUT ENGAGING PROPER COUNSEL, REGARDLESS OF HOW SMALL, SIMPLE OR INSIGNIFICANT YOUR CASE MAY APPEAR/SEEM TO BE*** Anyway, I immediately contacted Jason from the Courthouse parking lot and he had me drive straight to his office with all my paperwork right then. Firstly, Jason calmed me down before looking through my paperwork and told me not to stress over it, that he had it under control. Jason is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and works diligently and conscientiously to make sure your case is handled appropriately. A few weeks later, while waiting for my Criminal Case to be heard, I had to appear in General Sessions Court regarding a traffic citation, Jason was in Court that day with another client and seen me sitting there in Court. He motioned me out into the hallway and asked me if I was okay and what I was doing there. I showed him my paperwork for that case and he told me not to worry about it, that he would take care of it as well.. We walked back inside the Courtroom and he called me up in front of the Judge and got me a 90 day extension so I could take care of that case. The disposition of General Sessions case was DISMISSED, and in the Criminal Court the charges were dropped from 3 felonies to one Class C Misdemeanor (which is the lowest class misdemeanor you can receive). So to say that I am pleased by the services that I received from Jason would be a huge understatement!! I hope I never need another attorney, but I have Jason on speed-dial just in case I do! I wouldn’t refer anyone to anyone else except Jason Holly!!

After a year of no progress, we asked for our retainer fee back. Each time we ask he says he is mailing it and even went as far as to say that it was mailed. It’s been 5 months and he hasn’t returned our money.
