Jason has over 17 years of experience representing clients in a broad range of matters related to business, litigation, and intellectual property matters.  Jason has litigated complex matters throughout the country and regularly serves as a consultant to companies facing signication litigation.  He serves as general counsel for several companies in Idaho and throughout the country..  Jason also represents individuals in resolving disputes and pursuing litigation in Idaho.  Jason has experience in estate planning and is able to help individuals with wills and trusts.
